Frankel, widely regarded as one of the world's best racehorses, destroyed the opposition at Newbury with a six-lengths win in the JLT Lockinge Stakes.
The strong favourite at 2/7, Sir Henry Cecil's horse cruised to victory in the £175,000 Group One mile race, finishing well clear of Excelebration.
The £100 million-valued colt, officially rated as the best racehorse in the world, has now won all 10 races he has contested.
An earlier injury scare had led reporters to incorrectly speculate that he may be retired to stud early, and he banished those fears with a dominant performance under Tom Queally.
Bullet Train - Frankel's half-brother and stablemate - had set the pace until the final quarter-mile, at which point his sibling took charge to romp home ahead of Excelebration, who with jockey Joseph O'Brien could not match the thoroughbred despite a valiant effort.
Excelebration has now finished second to Frankel on three occasions.
Dubai Gold, who came second behind Frankel at last year's 2000 Guineas, was third.
