Loch had already won the world title in Koenigssee last month and posted the fastest time in both runs in Altenberg to clock a combined 1:47.556 minutes.
That meant the German sealed the European title, while also giving him an unassailable lead atop the standings on 890 points – his fifth overall World Cup triumph.
The victory was the 26-year-old's seventh consecutive World Cup win, leaving his disqualification in Igls in the season opener as just a distant memory.
Junior world champion Roman Repilov of Russia took silver, finishing 0.329 seconds behind Loch, while Germany's Ralf Palik was third.
There is just one event left in the World Cup calendar – which comes at Winterberg next week – where Loch will go for eight in a row but on this day he was ecstatic to secure the second treble of his career.
"I have completed the treble, now I just want my favourite football club FC Bayern Munchen to do the same," said Loch.
"There is really no secret for me – I just had a very good slide, I ran well and I went well."
