Byrne and Haslam grab victories at BSB Cadwell Park

Shane Byrne and Leon Haslam won race one and two respectively aat Cadwell Park to reinforce their status at the top of the season standings.

Byrne won the opener by just 0.272 seconds after pulling off a thrilling overtaking manoeuvre on the final lap to force Haslam into second place.

But Haslam got his revenge in race two, finishing over two seconds clear of Jason O'Halloran.

Byrne now leads the standings by 21 points from Haslam, with O'Halloran third.
