Harry Brook revealed he has taken the decision to outsource the management of his social media profiles in order to avoid any unnecessary distractions from his displays on the field. Brook says he hasn't "really seen any negativity" and that the decision has helped his mental health. England play their second ODI against the West Indies on Wednesday in Antigua.

England's Harry Brook says his mental health has improved since deleting social media apps from his phone.
The 24-year-old batter has made an impressive start to life as an international cricketer with England, starring in Tests against Australia, New Zealand and Pakistan, and being part of the victorious T20 World Cup side last year.
However, he was also involved in the dismal group-stage exit for England at the ODI World Cup, where he averaged a modest 28.16.
"I've been off social media for a while now, anything I stumble across, I delete it from the phone," said Brook.
"I haven't really seen any negativity, I think that's helped my game, helped my mental health and everything to be off social media and seeing all the negativity that brings."
Brook has outsourced the management of his social media profiles as he focuses on the current ODI series against the West Indies.
He managed to score 71 in the first match as Shai Hope's century drew first blood for the hosts in the series with a four-wicket victory.
It was a record breaking-win for the West Indies as they successfully completed their highest-ever run chase on home soil in a men's ODI.
This also represented only a fourth time that they had managed to chase a target of 300 or more in a men's ODI.
Brook expressed his regret following comments made in an interview earlier this year after he scored a century from 55 balls for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League, where he said of his critics: "I'm glad I could shut them up."
He struggled for form as a whole in that tournament, averaging 21.11, and hinted it played a factor in his decision to take a break from social media.
"I was an idiot and I said that stupid thing in an interview which I regret a little bit," he added.
"In India, you end up sitting in your hotel room, not much to do so I find myself just scrolling Instagram or Twitter or whatever and come across stuff you just don't want to see.
"I thought it was the right idea to get off it. I've obviously still got Instagram and Twitter but thankfully I've got someone running it for me."
