Korea made it through the round robin stages at the LGT World Women's Curling Championship in dramatic style as they overcame Latvia in the final end in Silkeborg, Denmark.
At 7-6 down, Korea skip Minji Kim made a soft weight hit for two points to overturn the result to make sure her side join Sweden and Russia in the six-team qualification line-up.
"I was very nervous, because we gave away the three points and then it got very tight," said Kim.
"We have been at the Curling World Cup twice, so we already know how it feels when it comes down to the last stone."
Meanwhile United States clung on to beat Scotland 9-7 and keep their qualification hopes alive in their final game against Switzerland tonight. Defeat for Scotland sees them eliminated.
In the other games of this session, Denmark beat Finland by 7-6 to delight the packed home crowd when skip Madeleine Dupont delivered a draw into the house to score two points.
And already-qualified Olympic champions Sweden remain top of the ranking thanks to their 5-3 win over Canada.
