Good morning and welcome to a critical day in this year's Tour de France, with Cadel Evans only 57 seconds off Andy Schleck's lead with two stages to go. This ITT could decide it.

Yellow jersey Andy Schleck is 2:37 down at the finish - that's 2:31 worse than Evans - and loses his maillot jaune to the Australian on the eve of the race finish in Paris.

Here comes Frank, riding to protect his third place on the podium. He should do it. He passes the Flamme Rouge. And that's 2:40 down on the finish. He'll have 27 seconds on Voeckler so keeps the third place in the GC.

Despair for both Schlecks as they limp their way to towards the finish line. It will be back to the drawing board for them and Leopard Trek this winter.

Evans won't win the stage - he's six seconds down at the finish - but he has just won the Tour de France.

Voeckler is 2:13 off the pace at the finish and protects his fourth spot in the GC. What a great Tour he's had.

Evans is just two seconds off Tony Martin at the third check: the Australian could win both the time trial and the Tour!

Cunego, 5th this morning in the GC, crosses the finish 3:37 down on Martin.

Andy Schleck is 1:49 down at the second check. That's a huge 1:42 worse than Evans, who will win the Tour de France today.

Sanchez is 1:37 down at the finish, with Contador 1:05 down in second place.

Frank Schleck is 1:50 down at the second check in 18th position.

It's the 27th best time at the finish for Basso, well off the pace: 3:47.

Evans on the descent and he's taking some real risks, going very close on some corners. It would be a tragedy if he crashed out now. But at this rate, he could even go on and win the stage...

Cadel Evans crosses the second check with the second fastest time just seven seconds down on Martin. This is his Tour de France to lose now. He's got 32 virtual seconds on Andy Schleck now.

Voeckler is 1:38 down at the second check. That's 14th place. While it may not be enough for third place on the podium, he should do a Wiggins and take fourth overall because Cunego is having a shocker out there.

Here's Rolland coming into the finish, and he's giving it his all - and that's why, he comes home 2:50 down, but will hold onto the white jersey in Paris.

Evans is onto the second climb of the day. He looks good. He won't win the stage, but he may win the Tour. Still, anything can happen in the next 18km.

Neck and neck: there is no time between the two to riders. But has he gone too early? Or is he just better today?

Contador is 42 secs down on Martin at the second check - that's the third best time behind Martin and De Gendt.

The virtual time gap between Evans and Schleck is just 3 seconds - could history be in the making?
