RadioShack finish with eight riders but they're 28 seconds down on GreenEdge - the 11th best time today.

BMC drop Marcus Burghardt just before the 1km to go point and they're not going to be able to do it. They finish with six riders and they're 26 seconds down on Orica-GreenEdge so Evans and Van Garderen will have lost a bit of time to their GC rivals.

Here come Vacansoleil - and it's not bad for the Dutch team, 33 seconds down on the leaders GreenEdge.

GreenEdge were riding that TTT without radios too - impressive.

Panic for Bakelants! The yellow jersey overcooks a bend and has to go hard on the brakes - that will slow RadioShack down a bit.

BMC are eight seconds down on the target time of OPQS at the split - so it's looking good for Gerrans and GreenEdge.

GREENEDGE DO IT! They cross the line 0.75 seconds ahead of OPQS and Simon Gerrans is the virtual yellow jersey...

One kilometre to go for GreenEdge - and they were just 3 seconds down at the split. They have six men left and are looking to put Gerrans in yellow...

Cadel Evans is the only rider in BMC who is wearing a red helmet - the others are in black. It's so that if he has any problems, his team car will know straight away that it's him. The Australian is currently on the front taking a pull. He's enjoyed a good season so far, with 3rd in the Giro back in May.

Team Europcar come home with just five riders - Rolland the fifth - and they're 1:12 down on the leading time of OPQS. The polka dot jersey will have a lot of time to make up in the mountains... because he will lose even more time in those two individual time trials later in the race.

The last team to start today's TTT is the RadioShack-Leopard team of race leader Jan Bakelants, who is wearing a special yellow skinsuit today. Off they go down the ramp.

It's a great ride for Saxo-Tinkoff - but it will be no yellow for Nicolas Roche after they come home eight seconds down on OPQS.

The BMC team of Cadel Evans and Tejay van Garderen are on the road. They are one of the favourites today and Evans could well be in yellow tonight - especially seeing that the wind is said to have dropped a bit now.

Saxo-Tinkoff have eight riders as they hit the Promenade des Anglais for the final 3km. The road has been resurfaced especially for the Tour - it's very smooth.
