Vollering stopped for a nature break which prompted the same from others in the bunch, but the red jersey has made her way back up to the group with ease due to the slowed pace. Gap of 2:52 to the breakaway group now.

59.3KM TO GO - ATTACK FROM VISMA-LEASE A BIKE
The yellow and black team split the group with an attack that prompts lots of reaction from the peloton. Achtereekte and Van Agt launch themselves from the back of the bunch to spark the move.

She gets back on the road but looks to be in pain in her right arm after the crash. The gap is 3:43 between the breakaway group and the chasers, and Van Alphen will have to ride solo for a while to catch up with them again.

63.5KM TO GO - CRASH IN THE PELOTON
The bunch had slowed down slightly as they approach the feed zone, but a crash at the centre of the bunch took down multiple riders including Aniek van Alphen (Fenix-Deceuninck) who's taken down first by a bottle from a rider behind that gets caught in her back wheel. She was really impressive on the descent yesterday, and looks to be changing her bike here and receives medical attention.

It's 2:13 for the breakaway group, Vas and Bredewold currently at the front of the peloton. Alison Jackson returns to bidon collection duties for EF Education-Cannondale, and Longo Borghini goes back to the Lidl-Trek car to fix her radio.

We have live pictures! Currently, Laura Molenaar (VolkerWessels Women's Pro Cycling Team), Fauve Bastiaenssen (Lotto Dstny Ladies), Claudia San Justo (Eneicat - CMTeam), and Aurela Nerlo (Winspace) have formed a breakaway group after multiple attacks from within the peloton in the opening kilometres. They currently have a gap of 1:55 ahead of the chasers.
