Sometime FIA European Rally Championship competitor Ondrĕj Bisaha has come to Emma Falcón’s aid ahead of this week’s Barum Czech Rally Zlín.
Falcón’s Citroën DS3 R3T suffered engine failure during testing yesterday. Fearing she’d be unable to start the sealed-surface event from 24-26 August, the Spaniard went in search of a replacement.
Bisaha rallied a DS3 R3T in 2015 and agreed to loan Falcón a spare engine following an introduction by Petr Těšínský, an ERC co-driver.
It means Falcón will be able to start the event and continue her bid for ERC Ladies’ Trophy title glory.
