Mo Salah's agent has confirmed the striker's injury is worse than first feared. The forward picked up a leg problem during Egypt's 2-2 draw against Ghana at the Africa Cup of Nations. It was initially thought he would only miss two games, but scans have revealed the Liverpool star could be out of action for up to four weeks, meaning he might not return until the semi-final stage.

Mo Salah's leg injury is "more serious than first thought", says the Liverpool forward's agent, as the Egyptian looks set to be out for up to a month.
The striker limped out of Egypt's 2-2 draw against Ghana in the Africa Cup of Nations last week, being substituted just before half-time.
It was initially hoped that he might only miss two of his country's games at the tournament.
However, Salah's agent, Ramy Abbas, says his client faces up to four weeks on the sidelines.
"The injury is more serious than first thought," Abbas wrote on X. "He will be out for 21-28 days.
"His best chance at participating in the current AFCON is by undergoing intensive rehabilitation in the UK and rejoining the team as soon as he is fit."
Salah has already left the Ivory Coast, jetting back to England after Jurgen Klopp said it "makes sense" for him to have his treatment on Merseyside.
That development came after the Egyptian Football Association said the striker would only feature at the tournament again if his country got to the quarter-finals.
Rui Vitoria's side are pencilled to play their last 16 match on January 28 or 29, should they get out of their group, while their last-eight fixture would be on February 2 or 3.
The semi-finals then take place a few days later, on February 7.
