There's the final whistle! Libya beat Senegal, but it won't be enough to take them through to the quarter-finals. Nonetheless, it's a fine win, and Amara Traore's Senegal go home pointless.

Senegal are finally attacking with a bit of purpose - but they really should have done so about two-and-a-half games ago.

Libya's goalkeeper Samir Abboud has gone down injured. I wouldn't be surprised if he was milking whatever ailment he has - Libya just trying to see out these last few minutes.

Senegal look like they are going home with no points after defeats in all three games. This was meant to be one of the easiest groups, and the Senegalese were favourites to go through, but this has been a right mess of a tournament from them.

GOAL DISALLOWED!! A powerful strike by Cisse is saved, Camara nets the rebound, but the flag is up for offside - Camara was just offside when the initial shot was saved.

Libya have certainly shown more desire in this game, and few would begrudge them a win.

So, Libya take the advantage with six minutes to play thanks to Albosefe's second goal of the evening - but the result of the other game is going against them.

GOAL!! Libya in front and it's an absolute cracker from Albosefe! The ball is centred by Zouay and Albosefe crunches a volley into the right corner of the net.

Al Sharif dribbles through the middle for Libya - he declines to pass and is eventually crowded out.

A real waste that for Senegal, and the culprit was one of their more technically-accomplished players, Moussa Sow, who has just joined Fenerbahce.

A real chance for Senegal as Moussa Sow dribbles into the final third with Papiss Cisse in acres of space... but the pass is terrible!

Osman dribbles into the Senegalese box, but eventually gets crowded out.

The game has gone pretty dead since the news of that Zambian goal fitered through. I think the Libyans must have heard about it.
