Dortmund break down the left, but the move ends quickly with a tackle. They win a throw and start again. Kagawa clips a ball into the box, but the rest of the team aren't playing on his wavelength, so his genius isn't appreciated.

Alaba is tackled on the left. Just give the ball to Robben and get it over and done with. Bayern win a corner on the left.

Bender stretches to send in a cross, but Boateng heads away and danger passes.

Robben cuts onto his left foot, 25 yards out, and he fizzes in a shot to the bottom corner, and Weidenfeller pushes behind.

Dortmund break incredibly vertically, then horizontally, then vertically, then diagonally and they concede a goal kick. Sokratis was cynically fouled during the break, but the ref allowed play to continue.

Not enough false nines on the pitch for me.

Mkhitaryan is back on the pitch after his own keeper booted the ball into the back of his head.

Robben collects a cross at the back post, lifts the ball into the centre for Muller, who acrobatically volleys at goal, with Weidenfeller able to claim.

Piszczek fires in a cross from the right, but Neuer is comfortably down and claims it well. Hummels is caught by Gotze as he flicks the ball over his head after crowding out a Bayern attack.

Bayern have started to dominate possession now. Boateng lifts a brilliant ball over the top for Muller's run behind the defence, and he lunges towards the ball, sending the ball wide of goal.

Aubameyang finds Reus on the left, inside the box, but he can't get his shot on target.

Kagawa flicks a ball to Mkhitaryan, who was steaming through down the left and across into the centre of the box. He then thunders a shot just wide of goal, Neuer rooted to the spot.

Sokratis is caught in the guts by Muller as the two challenge for a high ball, and wins the free kick.

Robben tries another shot from the right, sending a shot well over this time.

Robben goes close. Robben plays a one-two with Muller into the box and blasts a left-foot shot at goal that Weidenfeller punches over the bar.

There've been so many transitions so far, I couldn't describe them all if I wanted to. It's been a scrappy start.
