19:01
A bit of a delayed kick off, here, we apologise.
19:00
Two metres apart in the tunnel, good social distancing, lads.
18:59
The players are out, here we go!
18:53
Seven minutes to go.
18:44
Sami Khedira, Matteo Guendouzi and Mathew Leckie are the standout names on the hosts' bench, whilst Bayern's is a bit more star-studded: Alphonso Davies, Douglas Costa, Corentin Tolisso, Jerome Boateng the standout names.
18:42
The only thing separating Hertha and the relegation play off spot is goal difference - seven goals to be exact - so although a loss would be unlikely to send them down a place, they are nervously looking over their shoulders as Arminia are closing in.
18:40
Robert Lewandowski is currently leading the scoring charts - no surprise there - with 24 goals, and Hertha's closest challenger to the great Pole is Matheus Cunha on six. It shows truly the difference between the league leaders and the home side, languishing in 15th.
18:40
20 minutes to kick off.
18:35
Could the home side's 4-2-3-1 shrivel into a 4-5-1 if Bayern do the expected and explode out of the blocks? Darida could move to the right of the central trio, with Lukebakio and Cunha needing to put serious shifts in on the wings to track the relentless Sane and Coman, and perhaps even Hernandez and Pavard should they have more licence to roam and overlap.
18:33
With a win, Bayern would go 10 points clear of second placed Leipzig - granted with a game more played - but it would put them in excellent stead to romp to yet another Bundesliga title.
18:28
It could well be a 4-1-4-1 for the champions: Kimmich the quarter-back number 6 dropping deep to orchestrate, and we could see Gnabry and Muller operating centrally as floating 10s, with Coman and Sane keeping the width. Lewandowski will be their focal point; with Pavard and Hernandez perhaps more understandably reserved going forwards to allow for positional balance.
18:25
Tactically, what can we expect from today's game? Well, Hertha are in their 4-2-3-1: Cunha and Lukebakio will be goalscoring threats off both flanks, whilst Piatek is the focal point up top. Darida is the creator in the hole, supported by the energetic Ascacibar and the deeper-lying Tousart. Bayern, meanwhile, are going gung-ho on paper: Kimmich is their only natural midfielder, which begs the question, how will the league leaders line up?
18:24
Bayern: Neuer, Pavard, Sule, Alaba, Hernandez, Kimmich, Muller. Gnabry, Coman, Sane, Lewandowski.
18:23
Hertha: Jarstein, Pekarik, Stark, Torunarigha, Mittelstadt, Ascacibar, Tousart, Cunha, Darida, Lukebakio, Piatek.
18:23
The teams are as so...
