Good evening and welcome to Eurosport's LIVE coverage of this Champions League last-16 clash between Bayer Leverkusen and Atletico Madrid. Kick-off is coming up at 7.45pm and we'll have team news for you shortly.

That's full time! It's all over at the BayArena and it finishes 1-0. A great win for Leverkusen but could they have pushed for a bigger advantage with the visitors down to ten men? That said, Atletico were denied what looked like a perfectly good goal. An enjoyable and at times feisty contest. Should be a great game in Madrid next week.

Yet another yellow card is flashed, this time for Gamez. It's undesereved, though, as replays show Bellarabi dabbled in a sport of simulation to fool the referee.

Time is running out now. Atletico have a free-kick deep inside there own half. Moya will take it and he will launch it towards teh box.

FIght fight fight! Tensions are flaring here and it's difficult to work out who's pushing who as all 22 players crowd in. It's Spahic who upends Torres, who in turn picks on Son Heung-Min. Yellow card. Then Kiessling gets involved in the afters, as does Castro, and that makes three in the book.

Third and final change for Leverkusen, with Calhangolu the goalscorer making way for Julian Brandt.

Into the final five minutes here. Will we see any more drama? You'd probably say that Atletico would be happy to keep it at 1-0 tonight.

That, apprently, is Atletico's first red card in Champions League history.

Another change for the hosts with Stefan Kiessling coming on for Drmic up front.

Drama in the last few minutes of this match! That Atletico goal really should have stood. How can the referee see past two posts and say the ball had gone out?

RED CARD FOR TIAGO! The Atletico midfileder is sent for an early shower after earning a second yellow card for a late one on Bellarabi. He doesn’t even get near the ball and doesn't have any complaints.

Goal disallowed! A corner comes in from Atletico and it's low towards the near post. It somehow squeezes through to the back post where Torres is on hand to nod into the empty net. But the assistant referee on the goal line reckons the ball had gone out of play from the corner before reaching Torres. Replays show it didn't. Torres looks bemused.

Action at both ends as Torres finds the ball at his feet but hits it straight at Leno.

Raul Garcia goes in with a hefty challenge on Bellarabi. Have that.

Calangholu takes it and it's on target but never threatening enough to trouble Moya.

Tiago, booked in the first half, gives away a free-kick not sor far from the edge of the box and is now walking on thin ice.

Atletico struggle to get out of their own half for a spell. They finally do so but give away possession. Leverkusen have the upper hand, but you can never count this Atletico side out.
