Hello and welcome to LIVE coverage of Chelsea against Maccabi Tel Aviv. Team news to follow as Jose Mourinho rings the changes ahead of tonight's Champions League clash.

FULL TIME! This was never in doubt, really, even after Eden Hazard missed an early penalty. Maccabi Tel Aviv were very weak opposition even for a Chelsea side lacking in inspiration tonight. Goals from Willian, Oscar, Costa and Fabregas see Mourinho's side off and running in this season's Champions League.

CHANCE! Maccabi come so close to netting a consolation. Itzhaki's outstretched left foot can only guide the ball way over the bar from barely six yards out though. Poor fella.

Fantastic interchange from Ramires and Traore on the edge of the Maccabi area, but the youngster's left footed effort floats just wide of the far corner.

GOAL! Clinical counter-attacking from Chelsea. Hazard feeds Remy on the right hand side, his left footed strike is well saved but the ball falls for Fabregas, who held his run and has a very easy finish. Four. Nil.

Loftus-Cheek to make way, an industrious performance in his full debut in the Champions League. Full of energy, running and intent. Coming on is Bertrand Traore, another youngster.

Chelsea close to making it 4. Trickery from Eden Hazard, who has had a very quiet night, as he waltzes his way into the penalty box but eventually he is crowded out.

Oscar is making way for counryman Ramires.

GOAL! Easy for Chelsea. Too easy. Diego Costa gets his name on the scoresheet with a wonderful flick over his shoulder with his right boot to connect with a Cesc Fabregas cross. The old duo are back and firing again. Can they rack up some more now? They're in cruise control.

Chelsea passing the ball around well but they're still making basic mistakes, the touch is a bit off for too many players out there. They're lucky to be playing such meagre opposition in the shape of Maccabi Tel Aviv.

The pattern of this second half is much the same of the first. Chelsea in control but not doing a lot.

And that's half time. Easy for Chelsea, Maccabi are way away from making this a contest unfortunately.

ANOTHER PENALTY! Diego Costa uses his strength well and brings a foul from Tal Ben Haim. Clear penalty, the Spanish international was through and the Israeli went straight through the back of him. Oscar steps up this time...

This is a poor game, very little has happened since the early missed penalty and Willian goal.

Unfortunately this isn't much of a contest. Chelsea far too good for Maccabi but they don't look capable of winning by the kind of margin the gap in quality would suggest.

Almost a second for Chelsea as Oscar smashes his effort against the cross bar but the referee has stopped play anyway. Seemingly for a high boot from Diego Costa who was attempting an overhead kick. Very strange.

Maccabi have a free header from a free kick and they probably should be level here. Kurt Zouma plays Erin Zahavi onside but he loops his header well over the bar. Let off for the home side.

It's quietened down at the Bridge. Maccabi don't look at all threatening and Chelsea seem content with the way this game is going so far. They look comfortable.
