Olivier Giroud was the hero, netting his first hat-trick for the club to ensure the Gunners leafrogged the home side into second spot in the group. What a turnaround for the Londoners. They looked in real trouble after the 5-1 defeat at Bayern on matchday four but have somehow pulled off the great escape.
