Danny fouls Gaitan 40 yards from goal and Benfica have a chance to nick an away goal. Kokorin heads clear Pizzi's free kick, though.

Gaitan is across to block a pass from the long-serving Anyukov, and Zenit have a throw.

Fejsa is penalised for a challenge on Anyukov but Zenit waste the quick free kick and Lindelof mops up.

CHANCE: Dzyuba shoots wide from the angle following a quick free kick down the left, after Hulk had been tripped by Semedo.

Kokorin heads clear a good deep corner, the second following a good spell of pressure from the visitors.

SAVE: Lodygin, who has seven clean sheets from his last 12 games, tips over Jonas' curling free-kick.

Anyukov is unhappy at being penalised for a foul when he jumps and Renato doesn't.

Gaitan is playing on the right of Benfica's 4-4-2 in St Petersburg - Zenit look as if they have started with a 4-5-1.
