    Juventus are in their third kit of all white, while Porto play in their third-choice kit of black shirts and black shorts. Porto kick off from right to left.

    German World Cup winner Sami Khedira, who hopes to end his career in the MLS, is determined to secure the Champions League title before making the move Stateside. "It's a must to try to win the Champions League,” the 29-year-old told the Italian media. This could be the right season. I'll go to America but not now. I want to play at a high level for a few more years. I want to win the Champions League and I want to defend the World Cup trophy with Germany.”

    Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri is focused solely on making the last eight. "Qualification is the only thing that counts. We don't have to send any signal to our rivals, we just need to qualify and play well. We have an important objective to reach - we want to get to the quarter-finals,” he said.

    Porto are unbeaten in their last five away games in all competitions (four wins and a draw) but the one win on the road this season that will really give the dragoes hope is the 3-0 Champions League play off victory over AS Roma at the Stadio Olimpico on 23 August, which followed a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Porto.

    No team in the history of the Champions League has overturned a 2-0 first leg home deficit to progress but Porto manager Santo, whose side sit second in the Portuguese league, says his team are up for the challenge. "There is tremendous spirit in the squad and we want to express that on the pitch. We go into the game with great motivation,” he said. "We are up against a great team who haven't lost for a very long time at home. We have variety and options in terms of the players available to us."

    Porto's Brazilian striker Francisco Soares has scored nine goals in seven games since joining from Vitoria Guimaraes in the January transfer window, and Dybala admits the 26-year-old will pose a real threat at the Juventus Stadium tonight. "Soares caused us a lot of problems in the first leg and if we want to get through to the quarter-finals, we'll have to watch out," Dybala added.

    "Obviously I'd like to score against him," Dybala told O Jogo. "My job is to score goals and to do so against a goalkeeper like him, with the maximum respect, would be special. Despite his age he is still a big player at Porto. His achievements as a goalkeeper are historic, everything he has managed to win at Real and the Spanish national team."

    Juventus forward Paulo Dybala, who has netted 13 times for the Italian champions this season, is looking forward to facing Porto's legendary Spanish World Cup-winning goalkeeper Iker Casillas. Casillas makes his 175th Champions League appearance tonight, a competition record.

    Porto manager Nuno Espírito Santo makes three changes to the side that started the first leg, with Miguel Layun coming in for Brazilian full-back Alex Telles, who is suspended following his sending off in Portugal. Andre Andre and Oliver Torres come into midfield in place of captain Hector Herrera, who needed 17 stitches in a foot injury he sustained in the first leg, and Ruben Neves.

    Juventus welcome back striker Mario Mandzukic following the illness that ruled him out of Friday's Serie A 2-1 win over AC Milan, and winger Juan Cuadrado, who was suspended for the game against the Rossoneri. Chiellini missed the controversial game against Milan, won by a hotly-disputed injury-time Paulo Dybala penalty, because of a muscle injury but the Italy defender is fit enough to take his place on the bench. Marko Pjaca, scorer of the opening goal in the first leg, again has to settle for a place on the bench.

    Juventus manager Max Allegri makes four changes to the side that started the 2-0 first leg victory at the Estadio do Dragao on 22 February. Dani Alves, who came off the bench to score against 10-man Porto in the first leg, starts at right-back ahead of Stephan Lichtsteiner in a 4-2-3-1 formation, while Claudio Marchisio, an unused sub in Portugal three weeks' ago, replaces Miralem Pjanic in midfield. Leonardo Bonucci and Medhi Benatia come in for Andrea Barzagli and Giorgio Chiellini at the back.
