HEAD TO HEAD: This is the 10th meeting between the sides. Barcelona have won four times, PSG twice and there have been three draws. They last locked horns in the quarter finals of this competition back in 2015 with Barca triumphing 2–0 at home and 3–1 away to ease to a 5–1 aggregate success. The two sides had also met in the group stage with PSG winning 3–2 at home and losing 3–1 in Catalonia.

After hitting Alaves for six without reply at the weekend, Luis Enrique opts for three changes with Sergi Roberto and Jordi Alba replacing full backs Aleix Vidal and Lucas Digne. Andres Iniesta is recalled with Portugal's Andre Gomes keeping his place ahead of Ivan Rakitic on the right side of midfield.

PSG hand 21 year old Presnel Kimpembe (pictured on the right) a Champions League debut at the heart of the defence. With captain Thiago Silva out injured, the youngster partners Marquinhos and is tasked with keeping the MSN at bay - a real baptism of fire!
