Red Star Belgrade made a fight of things at the start of the second half, but that just poked the bear. PSG hit back and finished with four goals. They will head into the last 16 of the Champions League as one of the frontrunners to make the final in Madrid and win the whole thing.

Mbappe's performance has warranted that goal. The young forward has been brilliant. PSG are into the last 16 in style and it will be Liverpool that will join them. They have beaten Napoli.

That was actually a pretty dangerous tackle from Gobeljic on Neymar. He went down the back of his leg.

Marin comes off and he gets a good ovation from the home supporters. He was probably Red Star's best player.

It's tense at Anfield... as already mentioned, as things stand it will be PSG and Liverpool who are going through to the Champions League last 16. But Liverpool's lead is still narrow - 1-0.

There is speculation that Rabiot could leave PSG in the January transfer window with his contract up at the end of the season. He is seen by Tuchel as a peripheral figure.

Verratti comes off and he makes way for Rabiot, who will help PSG see out this match.

Mbappe has probably been the best player on the pitch this evening, but Neymar has also been exceptional. This has been a reminder of just how good the Brazilian forward can be.

Neymar should have hit the target! A player of the Brazilian's quality should have at least tested the goalkeeper from the edge of the box, but he sends his shot over the target.

So, as things stand in Group C, Liverpool will join Paris Saint-Germain in progressing to the last 16 of the Champions League. PSG will finish top of the group with this result.

Stojkovic is yellow carded for a late tackle on Mbappe. That was a really poor challenge.

Red Star made a real fight of it at the start of the second half, but in the end Paris Saint-Germain have had just too much quality for them. That was an excellent cross and header.
