Dybala's stunning freekick right at the end of the first half proves to be the difference between the two teams. This wasn't a Champions League classic, but Juventus did enough to clinch top spot in the group while Atletico Madrid still have work to do to make the round of 16.

What a chance! For the first time in the match Atletico Madrid cut open Juventus, with the pass played right across the face of goal, but Morata can't make a connection. Would he have been offside?

Atletico Madrid aren't creating much, but Juventus aren't doing very good job of seeing this match out. They have been slack in possession over the last few minutes. Risky.

There was a chance there for Juventus to spring out on the rapid counter attack, but the pass forward to Ronaldo wasn't good enough. He might have got on the end of that a few year ago.

There will be four minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the match.

VAR check! The officials check a potential handball from De Ligt, but there was nothing in that and the review only lasts a few seconds. The Dutch defender chested the ball quite clearly.

Blame me when Atletico Madrid score a late equaliser, but we have seen nothing from the Spaniards to suggest they will snatch something from this match to take back home.

Atletico Madrid are seeing more of the ball now. They are camped in the Juventus half, but the home side seem quite comfortable just letting them pass around the central area.

Crunching tackle! Felix played the pass out to Correa, he controlled and looked ready to test Szczesny, but De Ligt got across to make the crunching tackle. What an intervention that was.

De Ligt has been solid this evening. The young Dutch defender has come under scrutiny since making the move from Ajax in the summer, but he has looked the part again here.

This has been a really strange performance from Atletico Madrid. They need a result from this game to boost their chances of making the last 16, but they have been so tame.

Indeed, Dybala is entitled to feel disappointed that he's the one who has been hooked for the final 10 minutes. On this showing it's clear that Ronaldo still isn't up to match sharpness.

Atletico Madrid are currently a team without an identity. That has been the problem for them this season. Their reliance on Griezmann has also been exposed since he left for Barcelona.

Will we see a late fight back from Atletico Madrid? This has been a meek performance from them so far. Simeone has surely been disappointed with what he has seen so far.
