Colin Kazim-Richards joins Turkish champions Fenerbahce from Sheffield United for £1.275 million. The deal was expected to go through after a fee was agreed between the two clubs and the English-born Turkey international spoke at a press conference later

The deal is great business for the relegated Blades, who only paid £150,000 to Brighton for the winger-cum-striker.
Kazim-Richards caught the eye of Fenerbahce manger Zico after making his debut for the national team in last month's 0-0 draw against Brazil. The player is eligible to play for Turkey on account of his Cypriot mother.
A number of Turkish clubs were reportedly interested in securing the services of Kazim-Richards, who made his senior debut for Fatih Terim's national team in a goalless draw against Brazil earlier this month.
The player scored once in 29 appearances for relegated Sheffield Wednesday.
