Forest today face their first Playoff Final, having lost their three previous semi-finals. The Reds are looking to end a 23-year spell out of the top division.

Huddersfield won their only previous Final, on penalties against Reading in 2017. The Terriers have been in the Championship since relegation from the Premier League in 2019.

Huddersfield completed their fixtures in red-hot form, six of their last seven matches following a small wobble in March.

Including their Playoff Semi-final, Huddersfield are now unbeaten in ten games.

Officially today's visitors, Forest reached Wembley the hard way this season. They had just one point from their first seven games, and were in the bottom three in late September, but the appointment of manager Steve Cooper saw them charge up the league and earn a playoff place.

Huddersfield and Forest finished third and fourth respectively in the Championship this season, behind already promoted Fulham, and Bournemouth.

The Terriers saw off Luton in the semi-final, while Forest survived a shootout with Sheffield United to reach Wembley.

Forest make one change for today's match, with Keinan Davis returning to the XI in place of Sam Surridge.
