Real Madrid emphatically move into the next round of the Copa del Rey. There were goals for James, Mariano and Enzo. It's the latter's goal that will hog the headlines. Zizou's son did well in the second half. Real Madrid might have another star on their hands.

This has been an impressive performance by Real Madrid's youngsters. They have had some help from some experienced players, but for the most part this is a third string team.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Real Madrid 5 (89 mins - Mariano Diaz) Leonesa 1. Mariano has his hat-trick! He has been exceptional as the central striker for Real Madrid tonight. He got on the end of a cross to head home from close range.

OVER THE BAR! Odegaard strikes a shot first-time following a pass from Asensio, but his effort flies well over the bar. The Norwegian has also made an impression on his debut.

Enzo is keen to get on the ball at every possible opportunity. He wants to make an impression, although he's done that already. The youngster certainly isn't short on confidence.

Can Leonesa grab another goal to remember their trip to the Santiago Bernabeu by? They are pressing, although that pressure was only momentary. Real now have the ball again.

Odegaard can reflect on what has been a generally successful debut for Real Madrid. Keep in mind that he is still only 17, it's clear to see the potential he has. Very promising.

This has also been a fitness test for the likes of Casemiro and Isco. In fact, it's rather surprising that the former will play the full 90 minutes given his recent injury.

This has been a worthwhile exercise for Real Madrid so far. They have given some fringe players some minutes, while also giving an opportunity to some of their young players.

OFF THE POST! That would have been some goal from Tejero. He met a cross to the back post on the full volley, but the angle was a little tight and he strikes the outside of the post.

Zidane makes his final change of the evening and Ruben Yanez comes on for his debut. He replaces Casilla in the Real Madrid goal.

NOT FAR AWAY FROM JAMES! The cross was slung into the opposition penalty area with James looking to get on the end of it, but a slight deflection took it away from the Colombian.

There is a bit of Zizou about Enzo. I think it's in the run. The skill and control are there as well. He could have a rather bright future at Real Madrid on this basis. Impressive.

But while Barcelona will be playing a Copa del Rey first leg this is a second leg for Real Madrid. They played the first leg early because they will be off to the Club World Cup over the winter.

Barcelona play in the Copa del Rey later this evening. They too will be preparing for the Clasico this weekend. I expect Lusi Enrique will make more than a few changes to his team.
