Dortmund are having to withstand more pressure as Reus fouls Mukiele just outside the penalty area, to the right. Halstenberg whips his free-kick around the wall but the shot is blocked. Did it strike a hand? Leipzig appeal for a spot-kick but the referee isn't convinced.

And from the resulting free-kick, Mukiele heads over at the far post from a Sabitzer delivery.

Stat: That was Sancho's fifth goal of the tournament, moving him joint topscorer with Leipzig striker Poulsen, who is on the bench.

For the last few minutes, Leipzig have their opponents camped in their own half. They dominated Saturday's game, too, but Dortmund were in ruthless form, scoring from three of their four shots on target.

Leipzig appeared to be just getting into their rhythm before Dortmund's goal on the counter-attack. How they react to conceding first will be interesting.

GOAL! RB Leipzig 0-1 Dortmund (Jadon Sancho): He's back on top form and Sancho gives Dortmund lift-off! After Reus steals it from Kampl, Haaland is involved - of course he is - feeding Dahoud and he spreads it wide to the Englishman. He takes a touch, carving inside before curling a delicious right-footed strike into the top corner.

Chance! The ball sits up nicely for Sorloth, but his shot from inside the box is charged down. It falls for Sabitzer, whose volley with the outside of the boot floats over the bar. First chance of the game.

Dortmund start the match immediately on the front foot and win a corner. Sancho swings it in but Leipzig deal with the delivery rather easily.

Pre-match stat: Sancho has been the most dangerous attacking outlet in this season's DFB Cup, with four goals and four assists coming in at a rate of one every 54 minutes.

Dortmund will certainly be confident having gone seven games unbeaten against Leipzig. Nagelsmann has only beaten Dortmund once with his current club.
19:15
As much as this is a big night for Dortmund, it is also huge for RB Leipzig and their outgoing coach Nagelsmann. Never before has the 33-year-old tasted success as a manager and it would be ideal for him to get the monkey off his back before he takes over at Bayern. Next week Leipzig will celebrate its 12th anniversary - it would be a huge statement of intent to have a first trophy in the cabinet.
19:10
Nagelsmann on the cup final: "The first title would be incredibly important. It'd be great for the club, for the region, for the people here. Obviously the game is a real highlight and it will be an emotional farewell for me."

Did you know? Dortmund have won the DFB Cup four times, most recently in 2017 when Ousmane Dembele and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang fired them to a 2-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt.
