Hello and welcome to LIVE text commentary of the Euro 2016 Group A clash between Albania and Switzerland at Stade Felix Bollaert-Delelis.

Behrami Tries to allow the ball to roll out for a goal kick - but it doesn't quite go! Albania pressing down the right but the Swiss finally hack it clear.

Since scoring Switzerland have been a bit sloppy which has given Albania a lift.

Decent response from Albania but no real openings of note.

Albania had looked very nervy early doors and have been dealt a heavy punishment. Switzerland rewarded for a bright opening.

GOAL!!! A Swiss corner from the right is met by Fabian Schar who heads into an empty net after Marco Wolfli had come off his line and got nowhere near it.

Ricardo Rodriguez spins free down the left and cuts it back to the edge of the box where Xhaka sees a low drive easily blocked.

Albania get it clear. They have a reputation for being tough to break down.

Switzerland are straight on the attack. A dangerous move down the right can't be exploited at the far post, with the follow-up cross diverted behind for a corner.

Should we expect goals? Switzerland have scored in each of their six matches against Albania.

Switzerland's Johan Djourou: "I think what's important is the team's harmony on the pitch. We know that in football you start defending in the attack, and not in the defence, that's why I think that once the team is united in defending all together, a good part of the job will already be done. But then, to answer your question, I think that the team has great qualities in that area, and it will be up to us to prove it. Last March some players were not with the team, and that played a part in the how the squad played. We hope we'll be able to recalibrate by Saturday."

Albania captain Lorik Cana: "If I said we weren't going to win the championship then the coach would give me daggers but clearly we don't start as favourites. We're going to try and play the best with our hearts and with organisation."

DID YOU KNOW? The only draw between these teams was the 1-1 in Tirana on 12 October 2002 in a EURO 2004 qualifying match. Murat Yakin scored for Switzerland on 37 minutes with Edvin Murati replying for Albania 11 minutes from time.

PREVIOUS: These teams last met in the 2014 World Cup qualifying campaign. On 11 September 2012, Switzerland won 2-0 at home thanks to goals by Xherdan Shaqiri - who was born in Kosovo to Kosovar Albanian parents - and Gökhan Inler (penalty). The Swiss also won the return fixture 2-1 on 11 October 2013. Xherdan Shaqiri and Michael Lang netted for Switzerland, before Hamdi Salihi scored a penalty goal for Albania in the 88th minute.

Euro 2016 and Group A opened last night with France defeating Romania 2-1 at the Stade de France.

This game is particularly special for Albania midfielder Taulant Xhaka and his younger brother Granit who plays for Switzerland. Both are of Kosovan origin and it is the first time two brothers will be on opposite sides at a European Championship. "We would have been very unhappy if both teams hadn't made it," said their father Ragip Xhaka. "One son for Switzerland and one for Albania -- it's the perfect reflection of our family."
