How must Muller be feeling now. England are on the cusp of a famous victory now, as Jordan Henderson comes on for Rice.

England have surely won it! Shaw nicks the ball in midfield with Germany stretched. He works it to Grealish on the left of the area, he crosses into the middle, and Kane swoops to bounce his header into the net!

England are fired up, particularly Rice, but they need to calm down here; if they can manage this for ten minutes or so, they'll be through.

OH WHAT A CHANCE! England give it away cheaply in the German half. They're all caught forwards, and Havertz slides Muller through on goal. He's one-on-one with Pickford, picks his spot...and drags it inches wide of the post! What a let off for England.

There's your answer! England work a lovely move, through Sterling, Kane and Grealish, to release Shaw in the area on the left. He crosses low into the six yard box, where Sterling is waiting to side-foot the ball past Neuer! England lead, and Sterling has scored 100% of their goals in this tournament!

Trippier update: he's back on and seems fine. There are 15 minutes left, can either side open the other up?

Trippier's down here, and it looks like he tweaked his groin swinging for a loose ball.

Gosens goes in late and needlessly on Trippier near halfway, and is booked.

Grealish gives the ball up with his first touch, and fouls Havertz with his second. The only way is up, Jack!

Gnabry replaces Werner, while Grealish comes on for Saka. For the latter, quite the roar goes up at Wembley.

Kimmich tries to chip a diagonal ball in behind for Gosens, but Pickford reads it and gathers comfortably. He's been excellent today.
