GOAL! Lima makes it 2-2 on the night, and that's that. Benfica go through 5-3 on aggregate. At least Spurs gave it a go at the end there, and plenty of pride salvaged.

Oh, and now there's a penalty to Benfica. Salvio goes into the area, and Sandro storms across and pushes him to the ground. Silly really.

More pressure from SPurs, and Kane goes close. Lennon chips it to the far post from the right, Kane gets his head to it but straight at the keeper.

Huge change for Spurs! Sigurdsson finds himself free at the far post, but his header goes into the ground, bounces up and Oblak manages to claw it away.

The ball is tossed into the Benfica area, and Oblak comes out and punches, rather unconvincingly, but does get it clear.

Three minutes of injury-time - Spurs are on the attack.

Lennon breaks through the middle but is taken out by a Perez bodycheck, and the Benfica man goes into the book.

Big penalty shout for Spurs - Kane breaks into the area on the right and looks to be bundled over by Sulejmani, but nothing is given. Looked like a penalty.

A few minutes to go. Can Spurs force another 30 minutes?

Spurs attack once more, but it's a little ponderous and eventually breaks down with a stray pass from Fryers.

Chance for Benfica - Sulejmani crosses for Salvio, whose first-time half-volley goes straight at Friedel.

Siqueira tries to waste some time by sitting down on the pitch, but when the referee invites him to go off for treatment, he gets to his feet again, surprisingly enough.

Benfica really are struggling now - they try to attack, but it's ponderous and it breaks down after a late challenge on Lennon.

This is quite similar to the previous round against Dnipro, when Spurs struggled for roughly 160 minutes of the tie, but one devastating spell put them through.

Benfica are rattled now. Lennon gets down the right, Oblak comes out and Lennon clips it past him, but Luisao just gets there before Sigurdsson can turn it home.

We weren't expecting that. Another Spurs goal will take us into extra-time. The last ten minutes will be much more tense.

GOAL! CHADLI MAKES IT TWO! Well, well, well. THis is interesting now. Lennon clips over a cross, Kane nods it back at the far post and Chadli, who might have been offside, hooks the ball into the net.

GOAL! GREAT STRIKE FROM CHADLI! Well, it might not mean a huge amount, but Chadli cuts in from the left and fires a bullet of a right-footed effort into the bottom corner beyond Oblak. 1-1 on the night, 4-2 on aggregate.
