Straight away Milan come down the right, Suso finding Borini, whose cross finds Silva! He should across Ospina, but doesn't get round it, turning towards the near post, around it, and into the side-netting. A warning for Arsenal, a major oversight from Milan.

I wonder if Arsenal have thought about putting Welbeck or Mkhitaryan on the left, because Milan have Fabio Borini playing right-back!

I wonder when Italian football will force its way back. The problem, I guess, is that it's going to need state wealth - the state of things - and current players didn't grow up revering Serie A because it's been a while since it was the greatest league in the world.

If I was an Arsenal fan, I'd be really looking forward to seeing how Ozil links with Mkhitaryan. As a non-Arsenal fan, I'm really looking forward to seeing how angry the pair of them make Arsenal fans.

That Juventus game featured one of my "favourite" Arsenal goals, made for Ljungberg by Bergkamp.

Arsene Wenger says that Milan are a quality team and will need finishing off. He says the team are a bit nervous being the favourites. He says Milan are doing well in the league and Arsenal will need to start well. He really did!

Milan will play 4-3-3, with Suso, Cutrone and Silva their front three from right to left.

Arsenal are either playing 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1, but it doesn't really matter which. Ozil will be off the left and Mkhitaryan the right, Xhaka will be in front of the defence, and Wilshere and Ramsey will do a bit of everything.

Milan make three changes from their 1-0 win at Genoa, Montolivio, Cutrone and Andre Silva coming in. Silva actually scored the winner with a very nice header.
