FT: Arsenal 4-1 Molde. They got there in the end, with Arsenal making it three wins from three to sit top of Group B. It was not as easy as the scoreline suggests, but their quality shone through. Thanks for joining us. Goodnight.
Two minutes of added time here.
Another slick move. Elneny slides the ball into Pepe, who feeds Willock, with the young midfielder rifling the ball into the net.
- GoalJoe WillockArsenal
GGGOOOOOOAAALLLLL!!! Arsenal 4-1 Molde. A deserved goal for Willock puts this game to bed.
- OffMartin EllingsenMolde FK
- OnMattias MoströmMolde FK
Final change for the visitors as Mostrom comes on for Ellingsen.
Luiz deflects a shot just past the post, with Leno stranded. That could have gone anywhere!
OFFSIDE! Arsenal have the ball in the net once more, but Saka is well offside.
- OffGranit XhakaArsenal
- OnKieran TierneyArsenal
Double change for Arsenal, with Kieran Tierney and Mohamed Elneny on for Ceballos and Xhaka.
Willock lifts the ball onto the penalty spot and it picks out Nketiah, who prods a header wide.
- Yellow cardBukayo SakaArsenal
Thumping tackle from Saka earns him the game's next yellow card.
SAVE! Willock, who deserves a goal, brings down a superb pass from Luiz, diverts the ball towards goal, but Linde sticks out a leg and makes the save.
- OffMagnus Wolff EikremMolde FK
- OnOla BrynhildsenMolde FK
Double change for Molde as Brynhildsen and Omoijuanfo on for James and Eikrem
Dipping shot from Eikrem is easily saved by Leno.
Different ilk of player in the final third.
Clinical from the Gunners. Saka does really well to pick out Pepe with a brisk pass, and Pepe sweeps the ball into the net with aplomb.
- GoalNicolas PépéArsenal
GGGGOOOOOOAAALLLLl!!! Arsenal 3-1 Molde. That is more like it from Arsenal as Pepe fires home.
MOTM so far.
CHANCE! Big chance for Arsenal to put this game to bed. The ball is floated to the far post where Pepe is waiting. He side foots a volley goalwards, but there's not enough power to trouble Linde, who makes a comfortable save.
- OnBukayo SakaArsenal
Double change for Arsenal, with Bukayo Saka and Cedric Soares on for Maitland-Niles and Willian.
Willock plays a one-two with Xhaka, he does well to hold off his man, squares the ball across, only for Sinyan to divert the ball into this own net. Three Molde goalscorers!
- Own-goalSheriff SinyanMolde FK
GGGGOOOOOOAAALLLLL!!!! Arsenal 2-1 Molde. Another Arsenal goal, another own goal!
You don't say.
- Yellow cardDavid LuizArsenal
First yellow card of the game for David Luiz for what looked like an innocuous shoulder barge.
Pepe cuts the ball back, but Hussain is there again to clear.
MISS! What a miss from Sead Kolasinac, of all people. Cross from the right is poorly dealt with Andreas Linde. The Molde 'keeper can only palm the ball down for Kolasinac, who has the goal at his mercy, but he blazes over from four yards!
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is warming up on the touchline, How long until Arteta turns to his talisman?
Willian whips a cross into Luiz, but the Brazilian cannot get the right purchase on it.
Hussain gets back well to dispossess Pepe as Arsenal launch their first attack.
Mathis Bolly does well to get to the byline, but his cross is blocked by Mustafi.
- 2nd Half
KICK OFF! We are back under way. One change for Molde, with Sheriff Sinyan on for Gregerson.
Still room for much improvement.
- End of 1st Half
HT: Arsenal 1-1 Molde. That goal was right on the whistle. Such a swift counter, with Xhaka carrying the attack to the visitors, he had options either side, elected to slide in Nketiah, who fed the ball back across for Willock, but Haugen, on the slide, can only divert the ball into his own net.
- Own-goalKristoffer HaugenMolde FK
GGGGGOOOOOOAAAALLLLLLLL!!! Arsenal 1-1 Molde. It is an own goal in the end from Haugen, but the move deserved a finish from Arsenal.
One minute of added time.
No VAR in this competition. That may well have been overturned had there been.
NO GOAL! Pepe does really well to twist and turn before sliding the ball across, Nketiah slots the ball in, but is denied by the linesman's flag. It may have been Willock, behind Nketiah, who was offside.
It is had little effect.
Molde are passing the ball around sharply here, and look like the better side.
Oh dear. Corner comes in, but Mustafi gets his header all kinds of wrong.
Willian tries to clip a pass into Pepe, but it is blocked behind for a corner.
Signs of life in the home side as a few crosses come in and cause Molde problems.
Willock does well to force the mistake out of Etzaz Hussain, he looks to pull the ball back, but Hussain does well to recover and make the tackle.
This is not going to plan, at all. Arsenal cannot find that killer pass.
Willian has come alive in the last few minutes, showing he still has some pace in those weary legs.
Arsenal are being pegged back by the Molde press.
The Brazilian has been very quiet so far.
First attack of any note.
That goal may be the wake-up call that Arsenal needed. They have struggled early on to get going.
Wow. From a Leno goal kick, Molde counter in a flash, Ellingsen has time to line up the shot, and curls a beauty into the corner from 25 yards. What a way to score your second ever European goal.
- GoalMartin EllingsenMolde FK
GGGGGOOOOOOAAALLLLLL!!!! Arsenal 0-1 Molde. What a shock that is! With Molde's first attack, Martin Ellingsen finds the net. Fabulous finish!
Willock again with the fine run to get to the byline, but his cross is cut out.
And again! He still cannot get his communications sorted!
Slight delay in play as the linesman gets his wiring checked!
Pepe with the cross, but he gets it all wrong from a good position.
Molde cannot get out of their own half right now.
All Arsenal still as David Luiz goes long looking for Pepe.
Arsenal are on the front foot again but the move is quick to break down as Granit Xhaka's diagonal pass cannot find Pepe.
CLOSE! It is that man Nketiah who is the dangerman, he is set through by Pepe, Nketiah then clips a finish over the goalkeeper, but it does not quite have the legs on it, and Martin Bjornbak gets back to slide the ball away.
Lovely cross from Joe Willock, but Eddie Nketiah cannot get there.
Molde are not here to sit deep, it seems. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's former side are pressing high.
- 1st Half
KICK OFF! We are up and running here at the Emirates.
So here we go. This may not be all that easy for Arsenal. o Molde have won four of their last six away matches in the Europa League (D1 L1), beating Scottish (Celtic) and Irish (Dundalk) opponents on this run. The teams are in the tunnel!

This will be Molde’s first meeting with English opponents; Norwegian sides have never beaten English opposition away from home, drawing twice and losing 20 times, with a goal difference of -87 (13 scored, 100 conceded).
All is not totally rosy in north London...
