UNITED ARE ATTACKING THE STRETFORD END
That's unusual - Omonia must've won the toss and decided it makes a difference.

HERE COME THE TEAMS!

I WONDER IF RONALDO WILL PLAY AGAINST NEWCASTLE AT THE WEEKEND
I'm certain Ten Hag would prefer to use Martial, if fit, but another goalscoring outing will make it hard for him to make that change.
19:50
ON WHICH POINT
Arsenal won again - what a sentence that is to type - and look good to win their group.
19:46
THE OTHER GAME IN THE GROUP
Sociedad are at home to Sheriff. I can't see them slipping up there - and even if they lost, United would still need to beat them in the final game else they'd finish second on head to head should both win their other remaining fixtures.

MORE ON LUKE SHAW
Paul Scholes also thinks he's good, and he thinks hardly anyone is good. I am suspicious that his only consistent run of form came when there were no crowds, but he went from the empty grounds season into the Euros and was good in that too.

LUKE SHAW
Played really well at Everton. My guess is he'll be back in at the weekend because he's much better going forward than Malacia and stronger at the back post when defending too. Malacia looks like he can get good, but at the moment he's not better than a fit and focused Shaw.

AS FOR OMONIA
They make five changes from last week. I net, Uzoho replaces Fabiano, and otherwise, Lecjaks, Diskerud, Barker and Ansarifad drop out, with Kitsos, Cassama, Panagiotou and Kakoullis coming in.

TEN HAG SPEAKS
He says he's not made many changes because he wants "to keep the routine in the team". Last week, he notes, his team missed chances and made their lives harder than necessary - he's hoping it won't be like that tonight. Asked if it's important not to give a goal away as they did last week, he says "When you make the question is also the answer there" - superb stuff.

ON WHICH POINT
Christian Eriksen gets a much-needed rest tonight. I still wonder if Casemiro, him and Bruno Fernandes can keep the ball well enough to dominate a really good team, but they've got loads going for them in attack. Fred also needs a game, so I'm not surprised to see that he's playing, as United should beat Omonia handily enough - and actually I'd have left out Bruno as well.

THIS IS NECESSARY
Casemiro played well at the weekend, overall, but he gave the ball away far more frequently than he ought. He'll improve as he gets fitter and gets used to the league - in Spain, he might not've been caught in possession as he was before Alex Iwobi's goal at Everton - but he'll need to change a little too, because he's no longer playing with Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, the best midfielders of their generation.

UNITED XI
Ten Hag changes little following the weekend win. Tyrell Malacia replaces Luke Shaw, Fred is in for Christian Eriksen and the injured Anthony Martial's place goes to Ronaldo.
