PSV vs Arsenal live - Hosts lead frough Veerman's strike

Martinelli may have found some unmarked territory a few minutes ago, but that's an anomaly in this game. Arsenal, and partically Odegaard, are getting crowded out in the centre of the field

Martinelli finds acres of space on the left wing. He cuts the ball on to his favoured left foot and whips a cross in towards Nketiah, but the striker can't quite climb high enough to direct a header goalwards

The Gunners are having plenty of possession and force a couple of corners, but neither amount to anything. PSV are defending their 18-yard box well at the moment

A lovely flick from the striker as he receives a cross from the right, but Walter Benitez dives high to his left to save

Oh what a glorious goal that would have been. Gakpo runs on to a through-ball and his finish is sumptuous, delicately chipping Ramsdale, but he was offside

His shot from 25-yards, after some more patient build-up, takes a big deflection and loops over the bar. It had the goalkeeper back-pedaling
