It will be the first time in the club's history that Brighton will play a knockout tie in European football.
The Seagulls will be hopeful of a positive result after failing to win in their last three matches in all competitions.
Meanwhile, Roma have appeared to be rejuvenated under new manager Daniele De Rossi following the dismissal of Jose Mourinho.

On October 12, 2023 when the BT Sport app closed, the app updated to become the TNT Sports app, a free news and results service available for anyone to access. Existing TNT Sports subscribers via BT and EE can head to www.bt.com/activate to find out how to activate their discovery+ account for all live premium streamed content.
