Can't really say that goal wasn't coming. England by far the better team up until this point. The England fans in good voice, and little wonder.

GOAL!! Young scores for England. So simple as Young nods home at the back post from Walcott's cross. As easy as you like. Home side all over the place.

Some lovely twisting and turning by Vucinic in the box before Cahill clears. Decent stuff from the home side.

England have won nine and drawn one of the 10 competitive games Theo Walcott has played for them. Is that coincidence? The home side finally get up the park through Vukcevic.

Fine play by Bent to knock the ball into the path of Walcott. He lets fly from the edge of the box, but Bozovic dives to prevent that shot from hitting the net. All England at the moment.

Corner from Young is headed out by Savic. England regain possession seconds later with Parker looking to get Cole on the ball.

Walcott asking questions of the home side. England earn another corner before Young sees a shot deflect inches wide of the target. Bright start by England.

Terry tries to win the header from Young's corner, but the home team defend it well before a red shirt gets it out. England back on the ball.

Almost an opener for England. Great run from Jones, but the keeper Bozovic nudges the cross over the bar. Tried to grasp it, but it slipped out of his clutches. Corner to the visitors.

We are off and running in this one. Grass looks lush enough to knock the ball around.

Almost ready to go. Home fans in a real party mood. England in their dark blue shirts and bomber jackets ahead of this one (yes, you heard right...) with the home side sporting quite a decent line in red shirts. The home fans enjoying themselves in the rain.

Match odds tonight in awfully wet conditions at Stadion Pod Goricom: Montenegro 9/2, England 4/6, Draw 5/2.

A few facts for you ahead of the 8pm kick-off: England are the only team in Euro 2012 yet to concede a goal from inside the area. The 0-0 draw between these sides at Wembley in October 2010 was the first meeting between the sides, although England did beat Serbia and Montenegro 2-1 in June 2003. The Three Lions have won their last four away internationals; only once since 1997 have England won five consecutive away games (June-November 2008).

Montenegro team news: Montenegro start with Fiorentina star Stevan Jovetic available. He missed the 0-0 draw at Wembley in October due to a lengthy knee injury. Blackburn Rovers midfielder Simon Vukcevic and Manchester City defender Stefan Savic start. Right-back Savo Pavicevic returns from suspension after missing the 2-1 loss to Wales but Milan Jovanovic, Nikola Drincic and Marko Basa are rested for the Switzerland game. Mitar Novakovic is injured.

Montenegro are a six points adrift of Group G leaders England having played one game less, but their boss has not given up the ghost of reaching the promised land as section winners. Branko Brnovic comments: "I admire and respect everything that Fabio Capello did in his career and he must be a role model for every young coach. So my goal is not to beat Capello because the most important thing is that Montenegro beat England. If that happens, the players will be heroes, not me."
19.20
England manager Fabio Capello insists his side are going all for victory in this one. He said: "We are going for a win, not for a draw. If you play for a draw it is a big mistake because you are playing to defend the result. When you do that you make some silly mistakes. You need to play the same style as all the other away games."
19.15
There are a few permutations for England. Avoid defeat and they qualify. Lose and Montenegro will need to beat Switzerland away from home in their final match to deprive England of top spot. England would certainly like to avoid the prospect of a play-off match.

England team news: Darren Bent is preferred to the in-form Bobby Zamora. There is no Frank Lampard in midfield with Scott Parker, Gareth Barry, Theo Walcott and Ashley Young in the midfield areas. Wayne Rooney is likely to play just behind Bent in a supporting role. The right-back spot goes to the uncapped Phil Jones, who has impressed there for Manchester United this season.
