Almunia claims antoehr Daniels free-kick and sets Eboue away on the counter. Play is switched to Nasri, who gets his cross in from the byline, but again no one was busting a gut to get on the end of it.

Dawson takes Squillaci's header on the run but the Orient skipper is sent to the corner flag where he loses out. The visiting fans appreciate his drive, even at this stage.

The pace of the game has almost ground to a halt no as Orient drop deeper and deeper into their own half and Arsenal stroke the ball around virtually amongst themselves.

Arsenal showboating now as Chamakh skilfully drags and turns on the edge of the D before finding Henderson out wide. The debutant sends in a decent cross, but none of his team-mates felt the urgency to follow it up.
