Hleb's afternoon is over after that tackle. David Bentley is coming on…it was a bad tackle by O'Connor to be fair - he steamed in without looking to play the ball.
23'
James O'Connor gets a yellow card for clattering into Hleb – he can have no complaints.
22'
A little mix-up at the back from Birmingham gives Wednesday a corner but when the attack breaks down Birmingham fly down the other end and earn a corner of their own.
21'
Bowyer is able to stroll into the box but he flashes a ball across the face of the goal when nobody is there.
19'
All gone a bit quiet in the away section and you can't really blame them. Both goals have come at their end so they have seen the shocking defending first hand.
18'
GOAL BIRMINGHAM!!! Obafemi Martins has his first goal in a Birmingham shirt – again the defending is abysmal – Michael Morrison this time to blame as he loses out on a 50-50 ball easily and Martins can then just run on and slide it past Weaver. Could be tie over already.
16'
Another ball comes through to Beausejour but this time Weaver saves with his legs. Wednesday look decent going forward but awful at the back.
15'
Awful cross from Spurr ends another Wednesday attack.
14'
Looking at replays when Murphy headed the rebound from that free-kick it seemed to hit the hand of Reda Johnson. Not sure how much he knew about it but a penalty shout nonetheless.
13'
Weaver has to push away a free-kick from Fahey after O'Connor gave away a free on the edge of the box. Murphy couldn't nod in the rebound.
12'
Wednesday go close. Osbourne feeds Morrison in the box – his little back heel plays in Neil Mellor but Roger Johnson dives in to make a tackle as he is shooting and it goes just wide.
11'
Good defending by Reda Johnson breaks up a Birmingham attack.
10'
Another ball flashes across the Birmingham box but the Blues are able to defend.
9'
Wednesday have actually had more of the play so far but have been punished by a clinical Premier League outfit.
8'
Teale whips in a free from the left but it is just a little too high for Morrison.
7'
Wednesday have been conceding lots of goals lately and Gary Megson will be fuming about how cheaply they gave away that strike.
6'
GOAL FOR BIRMINGHAM!!! Beausejour sweeps home Bowyer's cut back after some good work from Hleb. Awful passing by both O'Connor and Jones in midfield though is what Wednesday in trouble.
4'
Teale tries to run past David Murphy down the right but the Blues defender makes the tackle and the chance passes.
3'
A few loose passes on both sides already. The pitch not in the best state it has to be said.
2'
Mellor and Morrison already looking to get amongst things – the Owls do have some strength up front
