Modric pings a ball across the deck to the feet of Van der Vaart but the Dutchman can't keep it under control.

Watford mascot Harry Hornet is certainly enjoying himself. He's goign for a warm-up jog down the touchline in the hope the Dyche might bring him on second half.

Spurs keeping the ball well around the box and in the final third, but they are being kept at bay by Watford comfortably.

Spurs playing with a bit more purpose now. Walker sends in a throw with too much purpose though, and Watford win it back.

According to stats from PA, so far Watford have had four shots on target and another four off, while Spurs have had just one shot up until now.

Buaben goes for a shot on the turn from 25 yards out but Dawson makes the block.

Spurs finally beginning to find some space in the midfield now after being crowded out by Watford.

The Dutchman's delivery to the far post is a good one but the ball is guided away from Kaboul just in time.

Rose makes a good run down the wing past Garner and he's brought down by Mariappa. Van der Vaart will have plenty of white shirts to aim for in the box.

A rare foray forward from Spurs. Defoe plays a one-two with Van der Vaart on the edge of the box. The striker snatches at a half-volley and it bounces up for Loach to catch comfortably.

Murray floats his free-kick to the back post and Spurs clear with ease. Disappointing use of a promising set piece.

Rose barges Joel Garner over down near the Tottenham byline. A foul is not given for that but the Hornets soon win one about 10 yards back up the pitch.

Right-back Lee Hodson joins in the Watford attack and goes for a half-volley, but the ball dropped awkwardly for him and the effort is harmlessly wide.

In the night's other FA Cup fourth-round clash, Everton are currently goalless with Fulham at Goodison Park with 10 minutes gone.

Rafael van der Vaart tries an ambitious diagonal crossfield ball to Defoe that goes out of play, drawing ironic cheers and chants of "Who are ya?" from the home crowd.

Walker goes bombing down the right wing. He's got bags of pace but Lloyd Doyley keeps up with him and forces him out of play and clattering into the hoarding behind the goal.

Spurs appear to have rode out that dominant spell from Watford, but they do not look like threatening Scott Loach's goal at the moment.

Now Prince Buaben gets in on the act! The Ghanaian midfielder has time to line up a strike from range and his effort flashes just wide of the near upright!

Sordell gets in between Dawson and Kaboul and turns Troy Deeney's cross wide from close range! Another great chance for Watford!

Scott Parker is helping to tidy things up in midfield but the pressure is still all coming from the home side right now.
