The Villa fans making themselves heard. Did little or nothing in the first half, but have been right at this in the second period.

GOAL! Lovely finish by Delph after some neat build-up work by N'Zogbia. Thumping hit and the pace proved too much for Myhill to deal with.

Villa looking to get on the front foot here. Looking a fair bit bright in this second period so far.

Sinclair races down a flank, but all too easy for McAuley comes across to make the challenge. Villa getting little change out of West Brom's back line.

Sinclair with a fabulous run into West Brom box, but the cross is picked up by Myhill. Olsson fortunate not to knock that into his own net.

Villa continue to look like underdogs on their own patch. West Brom looking sharper whenever they move up the park.

Delph tries his luck, but the ball comes off a West Brom shirt before flying safely through to Myhill in the visiting goal.

Agbonlahor takes a tumble. Think he was caught by Olsson, but no booking. Villa have a free-kick 40 yards from goal.

Benteke's absence appears to be causing Villa no end of problems. No target man to go at. Berahino with a late tackle, but the free-kick is dropped straight into Myhill's hands.

N'Zogbia challenges for a high ball, but that is clear foul on Myhill. Villa fans look happy enough despite doing little of note so far.
