Real Madrid need a big performance here. Valencia are a good team, as they have shown, meaning that this two goal deficit will be really difficult to turn around. Calling Ronaldo?

And of course, their misery has been compounded by the injury suffered to Kroos just before they conceded that second goal. The German was replaced by the inconsistent Illarramendi.

Could this be the day that Real Madrid's title race comes to an end? It's almost as if they feel sorry for themselves after losing the first goal. And they find themselves 2-0 down at home!
