Sevilla put up a real fight at the Camp Nou, but once again Barcelona just had too much quality for their opponents. But there is certainly hope for those looking to get the better of the Catalans. They might have won, but they looked tired for much of the evening.

CLOSE CALL FOR RICO! The Sevilla goalkeeper clatters into Suarez in the box after a through ball by Rakitic, but the flag was up for offside. Lucky one for Rico. That would have been a spot kick.

There have been signs of fatigue in this match from Barcelona. It's not really that surprising, given the number of high pressure games they have played of late.

This is a pretty big compliment to Sevilla. Barcelona look like they're running the clock down a bit. I don't think I have seen them do that against any other team, especially at home.

Messi comes surging forward on the counter attack. For a moment Sevilla looked to be in a bit of trouble, but Barcelona slow their play down and decide to keep the ball instead.

SUAREZ TRIED TO FLICK THE BALL OVER RICO! I think he was trying to find a teammate in the centre from a tight angle, but he should have taken it on himself, really.

DIVE FROM VITOLO! The Sevilla forward goes down in the penalty area in an attempt to win the spot kick from Pique, but that was quite clearly a dive. The referee didn't fall for it.

N'ZONZI COMES CLOSE TO SCORING! The former Stoke man forced his way into a shooting position, but his effort flashes across the face of goal. Bravo was scrambling a bit.

YELLOW CARD: Thimothee Kolodziejczak (Sevilla)

It feels like there is still quite a bit of this match to run. It doesn't feel settled. There's another goal in it, for sure. Sevilla are still in this, but they need to start creating soon.

There's some friction between Suarez and Vitolo at the moment. The two players are in each others' face, with the striker bundling the ball past the Sevilla man just a few minutes ago.
