Big chance for Ansu! That probably should have been a second Barcelona goal! Messi played a perfect pass to the teenager, who had the chance to shoot from 10 yards out, but he shoots over. It picked up a deflection.

Just a reminder that Barcelona will return to the top of La Liga should they avoid defeat here, but Real Madrid can go back ahead of their Catalan rivals with a victory tomorrow.

Brais is shown a yellow card for pulling Rakitic back as Barcelona surged forward.

There's just under 15 minutes left until the half time interval and Celta Vigo are far from out of this. They have actually improved since conceding the opening goal. Good response.

The genius of that Messi freekick was incredible. Make sure you catch it. And Suarez's alertness suggests it was something they had previously worked on in training. Very deliberate.

We are having our first cooling break of the afternoon at Balaidos. Are these breaks being used as they are intended? Or are managers using them more like time outs?

This has been an entertaining match so far. Barcelona have the lead and have had the better of the contest in general, but Celta Vigo certainly cannot be discounted just yet.

Off the post! Inches away from being an equaliser for Celta Vigo! Brais made the run in behind, he was found by Denis, but his shot, which might have been tipped a little wider by Ter Stegen, comes back off the woodwork!

That last Celta Vigo chance was a reminder to Barcelona that funny things tend to happen at Balaidos when they are there. Ter Stegen does not like this venue at all!
