Dagba squares a pass into the box but it's blocked by the red wall camped in the Brest box. The hosts are sitting deeper and deeper. Surely PSG will score soon?

PSG are dominating possession but are playing at a very slow tempo with Brest sitting deep with two banks of four. It's a flat atmosphere in the stands and on the PSG subs bench... it looks like the news of Lille leading has filtered through.

GOAL FOR LILLE! It's been a cagey opening ten minutes here but there's big news over at Raymond Kopa Stadium as Lille lead 1-0 against Angers! Jonathan David has scored so they will be French champions as it stands!

Perraud slides it through to Honorat and his cross ricochets off Marquinhos' thigh for a corner. Honorat's cross is a good one but referee Lesage blows for a foul on Danilo. Brest have started well this evening. PSG are yet to find their rhythm.

Di Maria plays a long accurate ball for Mbappe but the Frenchman cannot get it under control with his right foot and Larsonneur in goal gratefully collects.

Diallo crosses into the box but no one is there to meet it before Brest nervously clear away. From the resulting throw, Dagba goes down in the box appealing for a penalty but there was no real contact and PSG have a corner which comes to nothing.
