The Polish goalkeeper has been rewarded for his excellent form since joining the Swans from Arsenal 12 months ago.
The 30 year-old collected 13 clean sheets during the 2014-15 campaign and told the club's official website of his delight at securing his long-term future.
“I am very happy here. Right from the very first day, everyone has been very nice to me and they’ve helped me settle in quickly,” said Fabianski. “For me it is a great place to work and continue improving as a player. I want to improve personally and as a group we have the same mentality.
“It’s a great group to be a part of. Everyone is working in the same direction and we have a great understanding between each other.
“The way the manager sets up the whole environment is very good. He puts everything in place so that a player can concentrate fully on improving himself.
“It’s another chapter for me. I must forget about what happened last year as I am focusing and preparing for the new season,” he continued. "There’s still a lot of work to be done, and I was always focused on this place rather than thinking about somewhere else. Nothing has ever crossed my mind other than Swansea.”
Garry Monk's side begin their season away to defending champions Chelsea on Saturday.
