Welcome to live coverage of today's Premier League clash between Blackburn and Fulham from Ewood Park.

Fulham are seeing red here. Dempsey flies into a challenge and takes both player and ball. That was rash. From the free-kick, 35-yards out, Pedersen drifts a ball in aiming for Samba's head, but it goes out for a goal kick.

Schwarzer hasn't really started well here, but there is an argument that he was blocked off for that goal. An argument that Mark Hughes is angrily making to the fourth official here.

And, from the resulting free kick which is hoisted into the penalty area Schwarzer tries to come for the ball but can't make it through a crowd of players and falls over in the process. Chris Samba rises clear from the melee of players and gets a head onto the ball which bounces into the empty net!! Fulham are adamant that Schwarzer was impeded there, and they may well have a point! 1-0 Blackburn

That however, is not a good challenge. Hangeland just runs straight through Diouf on the halfway line as the striker turns with the ball.

Great challenge from Hangeland! Mame Diouf drives into the Fulham penalty area, but Hangeland forces him wide before diving in and poking the ball away before he takes the man. Diouf protests, but that's a really good challenge for me.

Fulham are again caught in position. Blackburn are really up for this here.

Lovely touch from Kalinic! From a deflection he brings the ball down deftly and then drives a low cross across the area straight to Mame Diouf, but the strikers first touch is just that little bit too heavy and Hughes can clear.

Fulham are playing their way into this. A nice passage of play where they just pass the ball around their midfield, but Blackburn are pressing really well high up the pitch and El Hadji Diouf and Kalinic win the ball back.

As I say that, Dembele finds space in the area Jones is responsible for, he surges forward before drilling a left foot shot a few yards wide. Great power behind the shot, if not a little wayward with his accuracy. Blackburn can't afford to give him that much time though.

I've been very impressed with young Phil Jones here. He's been playing a holding role in midfield and he's taken to the Premiership like the proverbial duck to water.

Salgado is okay to continue now. Robinson punts the ball long and Fulham are just not defending well here at all. Givet latches onto the ball and fizzes a volley just wide from outside the area.

Salgado is down for treatment.

Dembele and Dempsey link up well and the latter feeds Duff who drills over a low cross which Nelsen eventually heads clear at the second attempt.

Oh dear Kalinic! He and Mame Diouf beat the offside trap and race after a long ball over the top - it looks like they're going to trip each other up, but Kalinic takes the initiative and tries to place the ball past the onrushing Schwarzer but only stabs it a couple of yards wide. Should have scored.

Lengthy periods of time are taken up by Pedersen whenever there's a throw in. He gets handed a towel and, almost lovingly, polishes the ball until it's completely dry. Then he launches a long throw towards the near post - this time Hughes and Hangeland end up challenging each other for the header, and Fulham get it clear. That's the first header Blackburn haven't won, or caused Fulham problems on.

It's all Blackburn at the moment.

Robinson kicks long and Schwarzer tries to come and collect but he can't reach the ball and is left stranded on the edge of the area. Pedersen tries a lob from distance, but Hangeland has recovered brilliantly and heads clear from the goal line!!

Blackburn looking strong here looking to get crosses into the box at every opportunity. El Hadji Diouf whips one in this time but Hughes gets a glancing header away.

From a backpass Robinson completely mishits his clearance and it goes straight to Etuhu! But the Fulham midfielder's first touch lets him down. If he'd got that under control there was an open goal for him. At the other end, Schwarzer misses a punch from a Pedersen cross but Mame Diouf can only head it straight up in the air.

A fairly end to end start here! Pedersen whipped a cross in, and Hangeland just beat Kalinic to the ball, his clearance finds Davies who sprints forward on the counter, but just as he's about to cross he loses his footing.
