Ooof, Essien clatters into Dempsey with a high boot (I'm talking waist height) in the middle of the pitch, and gets a yellow card

Chelsea attack up the left flank again, but the quick ball inside decieves everyone and Fulham regain possession

Dembele overruns the ball in the middle of the Chelsea half, and Terry intercepts

Ivanovic goes for an early ball over the top to Kalou, but it cannons off the back of the Ivorian's head. Fulham on the ball...

Drogba is back on - Ancelotti clearing thinking that the Ivorian still has something to offer this match. Meanwhile, Mikel is clattered in the middle of the park under a high ball

It's far from vintage so far, but Chelsea are chipping away at Fulham, and could be 3-0 up by now. Drogba's been very, very quiet, don't be surprised if he makes way at half-time

Ashley Cole enters the box from the left wing, but is denied a shooting opportunity by a tremendous sliding tackle. The referee blows for half-time

Patient stuff from the Blues, with Fulham chasing shadows again. Malouda picks out yet another perfect low cross from the left after Essien's layoff. Drogba just fails to reach it under pressure from Briggs

Fulham's defence is looking decidedly shakey now, allowing Bosingwa to cut inside from the right, and pick out a looping shot with his left boot. It's tame, and wide, but he was given far too much space

Oooh Zhirkov picks out a lovely through ball to Kalou on the left, who holds off Matt Briggs and should score! MISSED AGAIN! Kalou drags his shot across the face of goal and past Schwarzer's right post! He did everything right, but missed the target again!

Malouda on the ball again, wide left. He picks out Kalou UNMARKED IN THE AREA! MISSED! The ball hits Kalou's standing leg some five yards out, and he's missed a sitter!

It's touched inside to Malouda, who shakes off the attention of his marker and SHOOTS! Well saved by Schwarzer, diving low to his right to keep out the fizzing shot

Chelsea have the ball on the halfway line, and swing the ball left to Cole

Fulham have looked pretty impressive on the ball at times, they just haven't managed to find the killer pass yet. If they can sort out the final ball, they'll give Chelsea some problems here

The move breaks down quickly, and suddenly Fulham storm back up the other end with numbers. Dembele has the ball 35 yards out, with the Chelsea defence in full retreat, but the final ball is easily intercepted.
