Both sides enter this fixture with a degree of vulnerability, however: Wigan have won just one of their last twelve league games, while Blackburn have lost all ten games this season where they have gone behind first. The DW hasn't been a happy hunting ground for Rovers in recent times, either - no win in their last three trips and nine goals conceded altogether.

Stoke's dramatic 3-2 win over Sunderland in today's early kick-off means Rovers begin their Northwest derby against Wigan tenth in the Premier League table. They'll fancy their chances of regaining some ground by 5pm, though: Blackburn have defeated the Latics three times in their last four meetings, the other being a draw.
