GOAL! Ben Arfa scores for Newcastle! The goal finally comes courtesy of the substitute. Eagles loses the ball to Gutierrez, who finds Ryan Taylor wide left. Taylor crosses for Ben Arfa, who lashes the ball in with a superb first-time finish from 10 yards.

The second half has been fractured, bitty and scrappy. One goal will decide it and Petrov almost provides the moment of quality with a delicious drive from 25 yards that just fails to swerve inside the far post. That was a sweet hit by the Bulgarian.

Bolton's attacks are infrequent but the Trotters look just as likely (or unlikely!) to score when they go forward. What do you think?
