Hazard shoots at Adrian and he almost spills it straight to Ba before re-gathering.

Hazard flicks to Ramires and his cross is way, way too long and out for a West Ham throw. Chelsea fans not happy. Hazard crosses to Ba and he hits the post! Hazard then shoots just over! Chelsea nearly snatch it.

Taylor goes to fill the left side central midfield gap. Hazard sets Lampard and it’s another fabulous block from Taylor. Superman.
