West Brom launch it into the corner, and Anichebe holds on to it for 30 seconds or so before losing it out for a throw...

Collins takes out Anichebe and concedes a free kick! They'll take all the time in the world over this one from the half-way line...

West Ham come up again... Carroll to Demel... Demel to Diame... but the Hammers lose it and West Brom break!

It's three extra minutes at the Hawthorns, but the fans are singing in delight already.

Berahino coming off, Yacob coming on. Great reception for Berahino given his goal - though the finish was lucky, and he should have had a hat trick had he not been so wasteful...

Noble once more floats the ball in, and once more West Brom deal with it easily. Can't believe that West Ham have stuck with that tactic, which hasn't looked close to yielding an opening all afternoon.

Matt Jarvis gets hauled off - Carlton Cole comes on for him. Strange decision, Jarvis has been the only player who's looked likely to make something happen for West Ham.

Mulumbu releases Amalfitano up the right - he's unmarked, and Berahino is in the middle of the box, but the 'cross' is boomed off the pitch as if he was Jonny Wilkinson making a clearance from the 22.
