Here we go. Palace kick off and are playing left to right in this first half, shooting towards the away end.

It's almost that time. The players are lining up in the tunnel. Mike Jones is the referee for tonight. Mile Jedinak leads out Palace in their red and blue striped home kit, while Gareth Barry captains Everton in a plain and simple white away strip.

Speaking of Selhurst Park, the stadium seems to be filling up very slowly with less than 10 minutes before kick-off. A win for the home side today could see them move up to 12th place where they would overtake Everton.

Crystal Palace
Palace will need some of that 'Selhurst Spirit' tonight. Despite their poor form of late, Roberto Martinez’s team have the best shot conversion rate in the Premier League this season scoring with 18% of their attempts.

Here's some juicy statistical goodness readymade for your consumption. Crystal Palace have lost just one of their last five Barclays Premier League games against Everton (W2 D2 L1) while Toffees frontman Romelu Lukaku has scored in each of his last three Premier League appearances against the Eagles.

Crystal Palace
Meanwhile, Palace hardly fare any better. The only thing saving Alan Pardew from similar treatment to Martinez is that the Eagles are on a terrific FA Cup run. They face Watford in the semi-finals next weekend but only recorded their first league victory of 2016 at the weekend against Norwich.

Everton
Both teams come into this game off the back of rather dodgy form. Roberto Martinez in particular is under pressure from Everton fans. The Toffees have just two Premier League victories to their name in 2016. Martinez was confronted by a fan at an U21 game earlier in the week.
